Welcome. By hiring my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to guarantee the best experience and results in your personal image process.

1. Purpose of the Services

The image consulting, color analysis, and advisory services offered aim to provide aesthetic and professional guidance. Results depend on the client's active participation and the application of the tools provided by the consultant.

2. Reservations and Payments

• To confirm any appointment, prepayment of the amount indicated in the booking process is required.

• The date will not be considered blocked in the calendar until payment has been verified.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen events may arise; however, preparing a consultation requires time and exclusive scheduling.

• Cancellations: Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.

• No Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, as the time slot cannot be filled by another customer.

• Rescheduling: A date change is allowed at no additional cost provided it is notified more than 24 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (color palettes, personalized dossiers, or style guides) are for the client's exclusive and personal use. Their reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Data Protection and Use of Image

The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current Spanish legislation. Photographs of the process will only be used on social media or websites if the client gives their explicit consent.
